Description
These Are Blends Of Refined Base Oils And Contain No Additives. Metaquench 39 Is Recommended For General Purpose Quenching Of Components And Is Particularly Suitable For Quenching Of Cyanide Parts. Metaquench 39 Is A General Purpose Oil For Quenching Of All Components Including Cyanide Parts. These Are Blends Of Highly Refined Base Oils Selected For Their Superior Physical & Chemical Properties But Contain No Additives. These Oils Have In Built Resistance To Oxidative, Thermal And Physical Degradation. It Can Be Used For Normal Quenching Operations On A Wide Variety Of Steel Part Such As Nuts And Bolts, Ball Bearings Etc. . Being A Higher Viscosity Oil With Correspondingly Higher Thermal Stability, It Gives Satisfactory Performance With Low Oil Consumption. These Grades Meet Is 2664:1980 Straight Mineral Type Grade Medium And Heavy Respectively.
